1. Operator and contact
Yirelo is currently operated by Adrian Ali as an individual in California, United States. These Terms are between you and that operator, referred to as Yirelo, we or us. Yirelo is not identified here as an LLC or healthcare provider.
Contact the operator through Privacy Choices and Requests, linked below. No new account is needed to submit a request. Do not include laboratory results, passwords, payment-card details or identification documents. We may arrange a suitable method for identity verification or a private response.
2. Eligibility and affirmative agreement
Accounts are for adults 18 or older using their own information. The calculators have a narrower chronological-age range shown in their inputs; adult eligibility does not make every calculation appropriate. Do not submit information about children or another person.
The private application requires sign-in and affirmative acceptance of the current Terms and adult confirmation before entry. Existing members are asked to accept the current version before entering again. Viewing public legal notices or dismissing a notice is not acceptance. Health-data permission and optional marketing are separate. Privacy requests, export, deletion and existing billing management do not require a new agreement.
3. Educational purpose and limits
The lifespan model combines population associations with internal modeling choices. It has not been externally validated as an individual lifespan predictor. Estimates, survival probabilities, scenario differences and the experimental healthspan proxy cannot determine your actual lifespan, healthy years or death date. Completed fields are not predictive accuracy. Measurement errors, unknown inputs, dates, assumptions and unmeasured factors can materially affect results.
Phenotypic Age is a statistical biomarker summary based on a published method, not a direct measurement of your body's actual age, a diagnosis or proof of reversed aging. A published component does not validate every Yirelo implementation, reference fit or combined output.
Yirelo does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or monitor emergencies. Do not delay care, change medication, order tests or make insurance, employment, lending or other consequential decisions solely from its outputs. Discuss symptoms, tests and treatment with an appropriately qualified professional. Yirelo is not FDA-approved or FDA-cleared; this statement is not a regulatory classification or exemption.
4. Activity examples and AI media
My Plan offers general activity and measurement examples, not individually cleared exercise prescriptions. Topic selection does not assess all medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, experience, equipment or restrictions. The service does not represent that professional suitability screening or exercise-content certification has been completed.
AI-generated exercise pictures and videos can contain inaccuracies and are labeled movement examples, not trainer-certified instruction. Do not imitate movements that conflict with appropriate guidance. Adapt or skip unsuitable examples; stop for pain or unusual symptoms. In an emergency contact local emergency services. Yirelo does not monitor you or dispatch help.
5. Free and Plus subscriptions
Yirelo Free requires no card. Yirelo Plus is an optional paid subscription; the monthly and annual prices and renewal interval are displayed before you authorize payment through Stripe Checkout. Plus renews automatically until canceled. Access follows subscription status, and canceling renewal does not itself shorten a paid period already in progress. A free account or acceptance of these Terms does not enroll you in a paid plan or convert automatically to one.
Use My Yirelo billing controls to review, update or cancel a subscription. Previous subscriptions remain subject to their payment agreements and applicable consumer rights. Features and methods may change; we will give reasonable notice of planned material access reductions or closure where practicable. Privacy rights remain available whether you subscribe or not.
6. Your account and acceptable use
Keep credentials private and enter accurate information to the extent known. Leave unknown measurements blank and check dates and units. Keep your original laboratory records: this is not a clinical medical-record system. Report suspected account misuse.
Do not seek unauthorized access, interfere with others, upload malicious material, misuse another person's records or misrepresent clinical approval. You may use your own exports lawfully. Nothing here prohibits lawful security reporting, regulatory complaints, truthful reviews or exercise of privacy rights.
7. Privacy and content rights
The Privacy Notice explains practices; it is not blanket permission. The separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice describes health information and choices. Optional research-summary emails are not consent to use your records in a research study. Use of the service does not authorize AI-model training or unrelated health-data research.
You retain rights in information you provide. Permissions are limited to requested functions, privacy choices and applicable law; these Terms do not transfer ownership of your health data. Yirelo content may be viewed for lawful personal use. Third-party materials keep their applicable licenses, and AI content is not represented as exclusively copyright-protected. General product feedback may inform improvements; do not include sensitive information in it.
8. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, this experimental service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a medical or fitness purpose. No health outcome or particular accuracy level is guaranteed.
Nothing excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, and mandatory privacy or consumer rights. You are not asked to waive personal-injury claims, statutory rights or all responsibility for the service. No blanket release or personal indemnity is imposed.
9. Ending use, disputes and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. Privacy Choices offers export, withdrawal and requests; account settings offer deletion and billing management. Erasing health data differs from deleting a login or canceling a subscription. Reasonable security/misuse restrictions must not obstruct nonwaivable rights.
California law governs except where mandatory law provides otherwise. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, shorten statutory claim periods or restrict available courts or regulators. Contacting us may help resolve concerns but is not a condition for legal rights.
We preserve dated versions. Material account-Terms changes require renewed affirmative acceptance before new cloud saves. New health-data purposes requiring permission require specific consent before use. Silence or prior participation is not retroactive consent to these documents.
